Next time you encounter him, put the phone on record and point it at the ground. It would probably be illegal to record him without permission, not sure if that also covers audio. Do it anyway and if shit hits the fan and you go to court for something you have something to back you up. Also, unless that is a gated community, as in you drive through gates to get to it, its FFA parking when they dont have any signs out. Go for it.

You're in a bit of a difficult spot Dex. As Mone said keep his address and grab his rego as well. Also what kind of car does he drive?
This guy sounds like typical bogan trash using the threat of violence to intimidate. I wouldn't worry about getting hit though, guys who talk like that are usually just full of shit, "I'm a Hard Cunt" pretenders.
If he approaches you again make sure to record it but don't be obvious about it, tell him it's a public area and you have a right to park here, if anything happens to your car the cops will be paying him a visit.

Or the simple thing would be to park further away, an extra 30 second walk could solve the problem.

If he does mess with your car wait a while then put sand in the oil fill tube. Just don't get caught doing it and don't ever park there again.
