I concur too. I wandered around on the map and found fuck all any indication that those parking spaces relate or belong to a complex or body Corp in any way. I did note the place looks dodgy as all he'll though when I did a tour of the streets and surroundings.

the guy sounds like a collosal fuckstain, I don't see anything to suggest it is anything other than a public car park.

Fuck paying for parking. Where I work is a council car park, you are meant to pay $3 a day for undercover parking but they also have an undercover 4 hour public car park. I park in the 4 hour parking, then just come out at lunchtime and if I got chalk on my tyres, roll the car back half a metre. haven't been done yet. Fight the power.

arranged parking permit for my area on Tuesday Arvo,  get told that ive been allocated a probationary permit while i get paperwork sorted and that im ok to park wherever!

Wed 8:18am i get fined,   upon calling the council i get advised that they only issued the permit at midday on wed, and that they cant do shit unless i write to them appealing the fine...

You play by the rules and get shat on... so FUCK EM park wherever!

i would have to agree in saying that it would be public parking. it would only be private if there was a sign saying that it was reserved parking and even then it would need to be on the property on the complex it self.

i would look into public transport, you would just take the bus around the roundabout. Canberra is just one big roundabout right?
