http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/Aircraft/Aircraft/auction-312051399.htm

Some bloke in NZ is auctioning off a Mig-21 fighter jet.
Currently at about $35,000
As an added bonus it has "BOOB" written on the side.

Chal, perfect birthday present for Kylie?

Check out the questions underneath- a lot of them are stupid 'hurf durf drop it and put 20 inch chromies on it' but some of them are actually pretty funny

Do MiGs qualify for bus lanes? The Auckland City Council tickets everyone these days. steve_100 (8 )  1:22 pm, Sat 28 Aug
Lets see... Single occupant.. consuming 2500 liters of fuel an hour (with all the emissions that come with that level of consumption).. 8 meters wide, 15 meters long, as big as a bus... I don't see why not? 1:32 pm, Sat 28 Aug

It's all good... if X wins it he can just take out a loan...

X: "I'd like to borrow $35,600 please"
Bank Manager: "No worries, Mr X... now, for what purpose will you be borrowing this amount?"
X: "I'm buying a jet fighter"
Bank Manager: "Ah yes, here's the tickbox right here... okay, all done, you'd be surprised but this is a pretty standard loan reason... now, some of the standard questions, insurance, repayment schedule, oh, and the most important... *clears throat* Mr X, do you intend to use this former military equipment to bomb, run into, destroy, maim or in any other way harm this bank branch, it's employees or agents, in such a way as to avoid the need to repay your loan?"
X: "Well, I wasn't intending to... but now that you mention it..."
