there's a differance between free running and parkour, if you just like tricks, then you want free-running, if its so much you cant even explain it, then its parkour (mainly divided simply by tricks, thats not what parkour is about).

I've done parkour and its f*ckin fun as, if you want to do it there's only a few things you need.

1. Training, if you just go flat out with knowing or have done anything, your likely to get yourself REALLY hurt.
2. a good spot with lots of opportunities for things like. try to avoid flat gorunded places, they usually dont have much.
3. good shoes, you have to have good runners with good shock absorbtion, without that, your f*cked.
4. light, breathable clothes, you don't really need it but it definately helps.

you MUST train for it though, or be at least pretty athletic, anyone good at gymnastics will do well. practice and training is a must. be careful as well, flat out parkour can be pretty intense.
