why wasnt anyone stopping? i know if id just watched a car hit something and catch on fire id pull up and watch at the least. the retard hit it pretty much dead on too. teaches him right for not going through the truck lane, or atleast aiming for a gap.

i think they were chasing him. there were two cops there before long, too quick for a call to be put in or for the second car to arrive after seeing the smoke from the fire. (no sound here either )
