So, I want to show an external person my screen as I bum around on it, can anyone recommend a free software that might let me do such a thing?
Kinda like Bohica does when he remotes in, but I want them to be able to watch what I do.

Teamviewer is your best option.

Quick install on both ends and the external person would connect to you and view your screen.

You can do this using Skype as well... make sure you have the latest one...
