After further investigation on the Match Making we have not found any problem with the match making.
Unfortunately your usual time frame when playing the game is usually early in the Morning or the afternoon for most players and we think there aren't many other 8-group man starting at the same time.

So in that case can we please request a method to play as a team for
aussies in our evenings?
Kind of sucks that we're locked out from ever doing 8-mans, especially
since the 5,6,7 man teams were disabled.

Any suggestion you would like to propose for our Match Making should be made on our forums:
http://mwomercs.com/forums/forum/35-polling-suggestions/As we believe this is mainly due to our player base being less active when Australian players are playing, there isn't much we can do on the Match Making side.
