I have met one of you that does, I would be interested in seeing if anyone else plays. I my self have been playing the pc games for years, and last year decided to buy my first codex and figures to see if I could paint. It took me about 6 months to get the hang of it and now I can paint to a pretty decent standard. I started with loyalists, but after many trial and errors decided to go the chaos route. If you do play I would love to hear about your armies and see some pictures.

used to have a few necron squads , a few immortals , a nercon lord ,  and a monolith ... preferred painting the things rather than the game though . Would collect blood ravens if i started painting again

I used to and now they are all collecting dust in my closet I regret how much of my paper delivery money I spent on them as a kid but I will post pics of all my stuff later.

I've got a few models around the place. Never got around to making an army. Started a Blood Angels army, got bored of them and painted a few Catachan and Chaos. Have VERY few fully completed models.

I'll get some pics once I can be arsed finding my painted ones.

I'd like to get back into it, but it's a fairly pricey hobby...

My ex used to play hardcore, and painted. Necrons, Orcs, etc. not sure how many points it all was but it filled 3 of the black/silver hardcases...

I could appreciate the model building and painting side, even did a few myself once they'd been coated in primer, but never caught on to the game play, even though I won my first game (lucky rolls!)  ^_^

Can't stand the shit now, and as z00 said the cost can add up pretty quick.

I played back in 3rd edition. I've just got a space wolves army cobbled together and am gradually learning 6th.
