It went on without the 3 and 4 for the others as they were primarily ezio based.

Its like how Fallout New Vegas wasnt Fallout 4. (Bethesda really stressed that in interviews)

Rumours used to be that AC3 would be based in Russia, which in my opinion would fit in a lot better than colonial america. I'd really have to play the game before judging it, but im very doubtful of it making good sense (if that's even half-decent english)
