I've had logitech and now have a Razer imperator...same as a mamba, not wireless..adjustable thumb buttons (can fit em to your hand better) ..profiles, so push a button..changes games.  Me likey, me likey a lot.  I personally wouldn't get wireless...why bother with the whole going flat mid game BS IMO?

Razer for those reasons..you have noooo idea how much better it is to have those thumb buttons excactly where you want em..feels gud!

I'd go the logitech. If you don't trust wireless it comes with a data cable. The buttons look nice and big and chunky. Getting your thumbs into play and additional buttons for your index finger, shit, I want one. Personally I'd like to see a mouse that lets you use your ring finger or even the heel of your hand.
I had a low end razer and it died pretty quickly, and I got a logitech g500(i think) and it really opened my eyes to how handy a good gaming mouse can be. I find the logitech driver to be really easy to use so I've customised the heck out of it remapping buttons to get around less accomodating softwares and key conflicts.

Is it just me, or... is anyone else wondering what he's doing with his other hand, if he needs to have all these functions mapped to one hand?  Kiss

Oh, and on topic... you can't go wrong with a Logitech, I concur with the fellows who have posted these wise words before me...

i kinda see a following here Kiss and for a wired mouse i have a g5 and it is great but for a wireless as i stated before i still would go again for a mamba Cheesy

i do find both mice comfortable but it did take me a while to get use to them both. i know damit had a g7 or a g9 that he swore black and blue on. but in the end it is what feels right in your hand. i got to see and use a mamba before buying one same with my g5 so that is what i based by buying on Cheesy

Some interesting tips/ideas!
Think i might try both out, but i have a few questions about chalices recommendation.
How do i right click?
No scroll wheel?
Why does it have a really tiny cord/antenna?
What do i do when it loses weights(tiny brown things)
Also i heard it leaks and squeaks, can you confirm?

get the Mamba 4g if you are going to get one, I heard the first gen have troubles with shifting cursor when you lift the mouse.

I just upgraded my logitech g9 to a g9x and they are both awesome, not as many buttons though.  And if you want buttons you could go the Razer Naga, that thing has a lot of buttons.

*Left Click & Right click is done by the ears
*scroll wheel can be seen in pic (he has his finger on it)...you implantthis yourself (and as many other buttons as youd like)
*The "tiny antenna" is actually an advanced dpi function and laser tracking system that interprets where you want the mouse to go
*It will drop you little rewrads for getting positive KDR's
* It does squeak when you move it, but thats a function..kinda like the cool lights on a razer mouse.

Hope that helps
