i propose that this may in fact be Dex.... lets look at the evidence we have:

1] Clearly a new neighbour... as the guy videoing wouldnt video and post it if he saw it all the time, as it becomes boring.
2] Dex has just moved into a new house.
3] We know Dex is a Star wars fan.. almost a zealot....
4] Dex has a dog, one is clearly visible in this video..(although it is the first time i have seen a dog embarassed..)
5] We also know that dex is a bit of a douche.. so this wouldnt be beyond him....and in fact fits with his personality perfectly...
6] Dex's house has a BBQ, as does this one
7] Dex's house has a fence... as does this one
8] Dex's house has a paved area, as does this one...

This is unrelated to the other boys comments, but dex, please be careful with paved yards. As I have one and while it starts of great, when the fucker of trees start to grow bigger roots, the paves shift, raise and fall.

With pavers that have shifted, it becomes dangerous and a hazard that wil trip you up. So when you run or leap or roll you can easily fall over when doing your light sabre routine.

So please take care.
