@1405 today the cocky so called courier's liason officer arrives.... with my parcel.....

Apparently.... they mistakenly delivered it in traralgon, to office works.... cause thats latrobe valley computers....

which i have told some of you.... well i got this cunts name this morning, so i ring him hey dude wheres my fuckin parcel you fuckin stole..... or have been keepin from me for 9 days. ..."ummmm, ummmm, I'lll call you back sometime today.."

which i respond no... you have an hour to fix it considering you have know about it for 5 days all fuckin ready.

well 1200 rolls on...start my second pack of smokes, 6th coffee cause, apparently im not allowed my hip flask between 0900 and 1700, since 0800, so in my boredom, i ring office works, to ask the fuckwit that signed for my package, has he still got it.... not around at the moment there are in the middle of store relocating...so the lovely leah from office works gives me the store managers phone no.... so I ring, get message bank...sorry im too busy bending adrian over Latrobe valley's computers stock...

well I wait just that little longer, I call ben the courier @ 1300... his on the phone, can i put you on hold... at this point, I reply yes... then i get in my car drive down there hang up as soon as i get in there driveway... at this point blocking their truck access....

Open the office door an ask for BEN... whom isnt on the phone anymore... he takes one look at me and asks if we can have this conversation outside... which i reply it makes no difference as the staff here all know how fuckin useless couriers are....

So i humor him and we step outside, he starts with a sorry...like his sayin that cause i have had to drive down here you retard... he then starts he explain he was only made aware of this yesterday afternoon... which i reply when you informed us you would have it too me yesterday... then he explains that officeworks were short delivered there frieght as well on the 30th or march, and they were holding "my parcel", until their's was delivered... "PARDON ME WHAT TYPE OF FUCKWIT AUTHORISED THAT TO OCCUR".... "HOW THE FUCK IS THAT LEGAL".... "IS THIS ANOTHER CASE THAT THEIR A FAVORITE CUSTOMER OF YOURS AND YOU WOULD RATHER MAKE THEM HAPPY THAN DOIN YOUR FUCKIN JOB YOU USELESS CUNT......So i take a breathe at this stage as he kinda crinched and took a step away from me... and continues to tell me he was was on his way to go and collect it... "SO HOW MUCH FUCKIN LONGER DO I HAVE TO WAIT"... he asked fo an hour..... at this stage i can feel the veins in my neck pumpin rage ... i then suggested if he didn't want to see me arrested after I run the useless cunt over i will see him at my office in an hour....

at which point i get in my car.... not satisfied that i handled that correctly... but feeling a little bit better....

Now, im normally controlled self respectin business man, and i dont suggest any of you young ones handle a scenario like this... but we placed an order on the 29/03, out of melbourne.. so monday when our orders on the 30th & 31st arrive I rang the supplier....

Whom then sent me a link to the POD, proof of delivery, at which time I had to start the investigation on where it is... as the supplier, says we have of proof of delivery...

I have asked for the formal complaint dept to sent me the application for greviance and I have informed them that I am sending them a bill itemised by phone calls, loose of earnings, based on said duration of calls... I dont expect it to be paid.. but I have left a couple more messages for store manager of office works.... to call me back....by tuesday.... I might start with a poster paper wrapping for all the new windows of the new office works building suggesting if they want service, and local support, Call ME...
