Was reading on facebook that the big kid was the one who got suspended for this. Pretty disappointing, having cousins in primary school I know how much the schools harp on about their anti bullying policy yet they never seem to give a shit about it until the victim retaliates.

They are saying the big kid is Casey, who got 21 days suspension. The little shit is Richard Gale who apparently snapped his knee. There is talk of criminal charges being laid against Casey.
Of course this is all from facebook so it is entirely likely to be bullshit.

Casey is definitely the victim here, there was a second guy who tried to start him and Casey just stares him down, turns around and walks off. He did what needed to be done and didn't take it any further, he probably just didn't know his own strength. He probably has no idea how to punch properly so he just did what he could.
