Bill the butcher was a good one.

I don't know about Kurtz and Lestat though. I always thought of Kurtz as a tragic figure more than a villain, might have to watch that again.

Lestat, is an interesting one. Tom Cruize did make him into a good villain in the film. I watched that one a few months ago and really enjoyed the character. It was more intersting because Anne Rice makes Lestat the hero of a string of books after Interview, and she gives Lestats actions some more depth that explains everything he does. I can't remember all of the details, but I do recall that he only kills murderers, he has some spider sense that lets him sniff them out. While Louis kills animals for blood, Lestat is out dealing justice to killers.

agreed both aren't villans in a true sense of the word, More anti-hero.

Freiza, Cell and Majin Buu from DragonBall Z because they were all so fuckin tough they could and in most cases did destroy whole planets.

Also Darth Maul from the Phantom menace because he's bringing sexy back

Shredder (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the old series))

Brain Bug (Starship Troopers)
Seriously, it's not human, so it basically has no empathy, no mercy, and has countless bugs at it's command including giant burrowing beetles that can MELT YOUR LIMBS OFF.

I still reckon that bug thing looks like a massive vagina. I thought it quite fitting that a colossal vagina was the source of all the human race's problems.

The most epic bad guy is the one you suspect but is always pulling the strings someone like... the little kid from Identity or Chalice from Deep Throat.
