I heard the warp effect on the loading screen is cool if you're stoned, but the rest of the game is mediocre.

Will do. I've had a few fun sessions with Carples. I just like shooting things and this game does that well. I did enjoy the angry review, but his biggest issue was loot (who cares) and managing his own expectations.
