I think the point of the "special shoes" is so they dont fuck up their shoes in the water every time they fall in.

If it was fake it would have to be a Perspex under the water and not shallow water because they ran to different lengths each time in the same place.

guys, it's nothing special all they did was lay a long sheet of dark colored neoprene under the water and ran across it. you don't see it because they only do it in places with dark bottoms. my son does this at the learn to swim classes.

^ Exactly, there are lots of ways to fake this- either have some platform thats difficult to see at the angle they are filming, or remove the platform in post processing.

Humans weigh far too much over such a small contact area (their feet) to be held on the water by surface tension alone.

I seriously think this is some sort of viral marketing.

look closely at this one, uploaded by the same user- I reckon you can just about see the edge of the platform:

Just rewatched the first one, at 2.00 ish if you look closely I think you can see the edge of the platform there close to shore
