Ive got a lot of time spent in AAE.
Can you send me your project zipped up, happy to have a look at it and let you know.

Ok... so you are talking about the premature shatter effect in the first 25 frames.
The issue is with your S & P text layers. I cant actually see what the fault is and why its doing what it is doing, but if you turn the shatter effect off for both of those layers, it gets rid of the issue. I would look at removing those layers and redoing them.
