I suggest there was something else going on to cause whatever issues you were having

Currently running ATI on Intel and haven't had a drama at all.

I have run amd and nvidia for a long time no issues at All

It may be more relevant now days with amd and ati working better together since they are one and the same but I still see mixed system all the time that run fine. To many factors to consider. Ow days as well. Better off now going into it here as not on topic
