Can anyone reccommend something similar to this that they use?

http://www.gotomeeting.com.au/fec/global/web_conferencing?c_name=google_APAC&c_mark=AU&c_prod=g2m&c_kwd=gotomeeting-Exact&c_cmp=sf-701000000005YS7

Basically it lets someone spectate my desktop.

If all you want to do is give someone access to view your desktop, Windows has an inbuilt "Remote Assistance" feature which may fit your needs...

Alternatively, another free solution is Real VNC Free Edition.  Usually used to remote control PCs for IT support purposes, you can configure it to allow the person connecting to view only, or interact with your desktop.

Virg I only want them to be able to view what I am doing, but I don't want them to be able to do anything.

I'll check that out Cordless.

I don't mean to be mysterious. I want to show remote people a software system. So I walk them through it on screen, while I talk them through it on the phone.

they use something like that at my old work.
Using it for tutorials in Excel and stuff. They have like 30 people on a conference call, all viewing this one dudes screen while he shows them how to do stuff.

No idea what they use though
