You guys may remember this old thread I started.

It's one I have gone back to often to check names of books recommended by you lot.

SO I decided to start a new one with a more meaningful title.

If you want to recommend a book or book series, please do so here.

Magician - Raymond E. Feist. Great read, great saga, great writer

And STILL writing!!

Seriously, just about all his books are connected, with a superplot directly spanning at least 4 trilogies.

My favourite fantasy Author!
Ive been reading Raymond E Feist since I was like 10 and hes still writing... What a tank. I think his latest is At the Gates of Darkness?
Yup Pug is mentioned or at least referenced in every book from Magician until now I believe.
Pretty sure I have all of the books he has written.

Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. 12 books long and each one quality. Reread most of them three times already. In the past year.

I have both the Max Brooks zombie books World War Z was the better of the 2, but that is not saying much and was based on the Zombie survival guide which was one of the worst books I have ever read, what can I say never buy 2 new books from the same author if you have not read them before. If you want a good zombie read try J.LBourne's Day by Day Armegedon, and beyond exile, or Z.A.Recht's Morning star Saga

I just finished his newest book, The Way of Kings. Excellent read!
You should check it out if you enjoyed Mistborn.
However from the size of the firstbook, its likely to take another 10 books to finish the story. Another WOT :/
