Also for anyone wondering about the picture I posted the other day with all the video game characters in it here is a version with names for most of them: (click for big)

For the ones without names:
The girl with ball gag and the cupid are from Messiah
Cthulhu's secretary is from Nox
the girl in right top corner is Kate Walker from Syberia and i think all the toy elephants are a homage to Syberia, as well
guy in the top right with the scythe is Patrick from Clive Barker's Undying
the dude with the giant sword pointing the gun to nemesis' head is the Barbarian from Severance: Blade Of Darkness
The digger with the $ flag above April Ryan and to the right of Snake from Metal Gear is from an old 80's PC game called "Digger'
And someone's had a go at translating the text:
* Jade's sign says "All men are pigs"
* Sam and Max do a russian joke that I can not fathom explaining to people who didnt grow up there
* Comrade Ivan is saying "god damn capitalists"
* Abe (though I am for some reason sure it's Invader Zim) says "follow me", in a deliberate russian transliteration of English, poking fun at overuse of the phrase in games
* Cthulhu is not related to games. It's an ongoing joke in russian internet subculture. Ctulhu comes and eats you. The sign on his wall says "Yo we're looking for talent"
* The indicator above the clone soldier says "Clone/Not clone"
* The sign next to the Syndicate character says "Will work for implants"
* The signs on the vault door say "Authorized personnel only", "No donations" and "bail" (as in GTFO).
* Nova is carrying a paper saying "Expelled", and the arrow above her head says "Exit"
* Raziel says to Malak, "No, /I/ shall show you the dark side of the force"
* The Daikatana crew holds a sign that says, I shit you not, "Will ruin reputation of a cult game developer. Expensive."
* The flying skull next to Othello is a reference to an old DOS 286 game whose name I can't recall - had something to do with thunderbolt or gods or something. It was a platform adventure where you had to manipulate traps. The skull is very distinctively styled.
* The crab sign refers to a game called "Vangers". The sign itself says "Escave", which is some sort of territory in the game. I'm being told Stalker is heavily influenced by concepts of Vangers. I never played it, so I dont know.
