It seems about a third of the BigD community use it (going from numbers in Mumble compared to numbers in the server), it's a great idea, probably a great program too, but it's a pain in the ass to set up. I've never managed to get it set up properly. It would be great if it was easy to set-up and everyone had to use it. It'd add even more realism to the game since you'd be able to hear people chatting in the distance.

Mumble is good , Its fine having 3 chat things open , just when the map changes and everyone is talking it gets a little bit annoying.

Robb, can you tell us what settings you used? It never seemed to do the range thing properly for me. I could either hear everyone in the game, or people would be the same volume to about 50m then cut off completely.

Sorry Zoo , just saw your post haha , yeah on BigD theres a sticky about it , i think the Mumble volume should be at 100 and you turn it on before you start pr so it works properly , in PR settings you make effects 66% and voice over 100% and you should be set

Check that sticky on BigD though , Those are the settings im using right now
