still cant rev with out hitting the rev limiter.
not a bad 0-100 for a small na tho. just as a suggestion get rid of that hood, put the stock back on. I think it will have more of a sliker, sleeper look to it.
Nahh the hoods fibreglass and worth big bucks...makes my FTO stand out too...unlike most cars i actually need the bonnet pins
LOL...it was revving at 9000rpm when the limiter hit..i.e. full revs baby ohhh yeah.
That 0-100 wasn't flogging it...just wanted to demonstrate the MIVEC as you can see when it hits 4000rpm...look how quick it jumps after that...it'll do 0-100 alot quicker, you can see & hear i went easy on it from 60 upwards
The car has had over 20k worth of work done- Fibreglass bonnet, engine bored out & fully custom made internals - custom made forged pistons etc... The standard pipes run to a wishbone as it leaves the engine which means the air fights itself to escape...so the entire exhaust has been customized to allow better flow, custom made cold air intake - much better than you can buy for these, coilover suspension, big brake kit..and its pretty under the bonnet too - engine sprayed & chrome work etc...
The cars only done 2k since the engine was remade so i'm still taking it easy on her...apart from the rev limiter demo

Next is a decent body kit and paint work...tossing up braided leads etc...heard they can really overheat a car...not sure if the cold air intake will help with that or not - advice welcome
