Not good. As I understand it, unless a particular website shows up to defend itself, it just gets blocked. There is also no stipulation about blocking particular sites, they can just block hosts that might be hosting a certain site.

Yep, they are just getting started. They know that people will work around this with VPNs or Tor etc - this legislation will eventually lead into blanket censorship of the Internet. 1984 will soon become a reality
