I kinda laughed when I saw the title about AUS ACCC suing something, I am still trying to figure out some days what the fuck the ACCC does except for rattle chains and hollow threats.

So in summary, Steam is being sued for not giving refunds as per AUS law. Kinda an odd thought I had as when I clicked on Steam it says I follow their laws and agreed to their terms. I wonder if we could sue Apple for something similar?

Anyway, interesting read and would make for an interesting outcome.

this - it actually cost them nothing as they dont host servers that is all hosted by 3rd party companies - mainly ISP's
