Jimmy's builds tend to have a low alpha, but he makes 'em work! Here are a couple of mine. They are pretty well known, but I think it's a good idea to codify known-good builds here. First, the 'part of the problem' 4xPPC Stalker. Next, the Rhino Stalker with 4xSRM6 and 6xML.

I have an Atlas build close to the splatas, 1 er ppc, 1 large pulse, 2 lbx's, plus 3 streaks in std 300, or swap large pulse for a medium laser and have std 330 engine. Plus ECM and more, call mine the bonecruncher, thanks to the Lbx's

Now that HSR for lasers seems to have improved again, I will post what seems to be the optimal 6xLL Stalker. Mad props to Biddibumbum for figuring out how to get the speed up a bit over my version.

Another known-good build useful for anybody with a Founder's Atlas: AS7-DIt's very heat efficient, so it's a great brawler. Admittedly that isn't super-useful at the moment, but the Gauss helps you do something at range.

mmmmm Dragon slayer/Victor can just fit endo, ferro and double heat sinks and get away with it. Was just a quick, look, remove case and drop armour a little for another ton of ammo for the guass http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/mechlab#i=87&l=8fd12c85b24ae714aab0994852eefba217cd9f0aexpensive yes. dangerous yes. hot yes, but there is the guass to fall back on while chilling out

Looks neat Garby - is it me or is the Dragon Slayer worse than the other Victors? I'll post some stuff with 'em later. For now, I've got a weird Ilya build that I think is pretty great: 2xGauss + 1xERLL + 2xMLThat's a lot of firepower for a Cataphract, but you do need an XL engine...

ah cool. I have a cataphract 4x with 2 ac5 and 2 Uac5 that I could try the dual guass on. would have to torso mount all the lasers tho.

I removed the Denny by accident. But you shouldn't build it anyway unless you actually are Denny. It's too hot and slow for mortal men to pilot effectively and I've had much better results with an STD290 and 5xLL, so try that if you want an LL boat.

Latest Atlas build DDC : 1 er ppc, 1 large pulse, 1 guass (3tons of ammo), 1 lrm 20 with Ard (4tons of ammo) in std 300 engine. Plus ecm. Great for long range, and good for brawling.

I can confirm that Jimmy is doing very well in that build.

5xLL are death with overnight patch. Max is 2 xLL before heat penalties happy http://mwomercs.com/game/patch-notes
