Hi
I would like to open the discussion on Deathinc possibly getting a dedicated server or collocating our own.
I know we have had brief discussions on some of the constraints, but i would hope we can get further on this and action something.
I believe before we can get into the nitty gritty of it all, i think we should get a show of hands on who is willing to commit funds monthly for something like this.
Once we know how much is available we can start looking at hardware, location, bandwidth.
After that we can then start to look into what it will run.
So for the moment show your hand if your willing to commit.

It's less speed more how much bandwidth do you have as a server will need minimum 20mbit up and down for a small sever and upto 50 for a larger server and will chew through a TB a month easily

To be honest guys,
If you are going to pay for a dedicated server thats all well and good but make sure you are going to get full use out of it otherwise its a waste of money.
It has happened to the clan many times where we have rent a server to promote DI and within a month no ones uses it anymore.
So just keep that in mind.
