I feel I must point out that chal missed the option of a vacuum penis extender as a possible pain free clit extender option aka Austin powers.
But if Bullying is the problem I recomend a baseball bat and a desire to use it as a suitable remidy.
Also if you were to chop a mans penis I think you could prevent future bullying that way as well. Make sure the knife is sharp you dont want to be cruel or have to hack at it, and if you use the old fashioned farmers castration method i.e. knife and bite he may even help you until he realises what is going on!
You only need 1 good example to build some respect and bullies only respect strength, I hear Alucard lives near by he may be a suitable target it does not need to be one of the actual bullies you just need to put the fear of Mami into them. You have a car now and could drive further to find one of the culprits but petrol is expensive
Then when the cops rock up give them the puppy dog eyes, some tears and blubber a bit while claiming self defence from the big bad bully
