sorry Kylie in advance but I think it would be funny to see how Chalice goes with trying to make something like this given his track record Kiss

I think Chal already has his own special recipe for 'mayonnaise', that doesn't involve mixing any ingredients (although there is a lot of beating involved)

Several things

1. The glass "beaker" would be broken
2. The electric whisk would be broken
3. Donut is 100% correct Smiley

ever since I learned how to make mayonaise, I've always wondered what the hell kind of demon food the 99% fat free mayo is made of, I'm mean, traditional mayo is 99% oil ffs.

I wouldn't trust the above technique anyways, if you don't slowly drizzle the oil in it will seperate overnight. It was what I was taught anyways, maybe I'm wrong.

I found it interesting in the states that their mayo is a lot blander than ours, and they use it on sandwiches like we use butter or margarine.

I don't really like Australian mayo, to much zest in it, Japanese mayo on the other hand is just yum Kiss
