Ok... had some interesting experiences with this one...

1 x TAG
14 x Single Heatsinks
XL 120 Engine (SLOOOOOOOOW)

I had to take some armor off the legs.

I run this instead: STK-5M

We played together the other day and your build definitely does more damage per volley - that Artemis is great. However, this one is almost three times as fast (important when you're reversing to stay over min-range) and carries 2 tons more ammo.
