ok so finally after having issues quitting MWO I have made a batch to kill it

to use download this - https://dl.dropbox.com/u/9148800/Games/MWO/MWO%20Quit.bat

then put somewhere easy to access such as desktop and when you want to quit just click on the batch and it will close
