Basically he's told that the russians have taken towns on the map, he says that Steiner's assult will bring it under control, he's told that Steiner doesn't have any troops left and didn't make his assault. he spits the dummy, tells everyone to get out except the three standing in front of him, screams that he gave an order and how dare they disobey, says he conquered Europe by himself and his generals have failed him, he should get rid of his generals.
