I reckon they've filmed in a spot that's either very shallow- saw the edge of a dam that's only just raised above a certain point and the gound underneath is very flat on the edge.... or there is some sort of platform under the water they run on. If it was fake it would have to be a Perspex under the water and not shallow water because they ran to different lengths each time in the same place. Humans weigh far too much over such a small contact area (their feet) to be held on the water by surface tension alone.
