I used to work at a hospital and there was a story doing the rounds about a bloke who had been out clubbing and took something (don't know what, maybe ice?), and ended up getting taken to hospital. In the emergency ward he got so aggro that it took 3 guards to restrain him and chuck him in the safe room, which is basically a room with a bed and nothing else, and the door has a one way mirror so doctors can look in and he can't see out. Once he was in there he dropped his dacks and started beating off, and kept going FOR OVER 6 HOURS. He was eventually sedated.
