To help Anglo get the ball rolling, let's continue the brainstorming/feasibility discussion in a thread.

As pointed out, crappy movie/game reviews are a dime a dozen, like crappy sayings and shit.

We could try it as a new format for the monthly newsletter we used to/do have.

How about a "Rage of the Month"? Most likely just a recording of Psycho being bleeped a lot.

"Ask Chal" is, in my opinion, a necessary evil.

Apart from that we could have updates on player achievements, what's being played by the clan, upcoming events.

As for format, I personally prefer a slightly more formal podcast with sections and structure. I just find them much easier to listen to. Less structured podcasts often descend into in-jokes and rambling, which works for some people, but I find it alienating if I'm not very familiar with the content and hosts.

I think the purpose of the podcast would be to encourage activity within the existing member pool, at least at first. Start small and everything. Obviously that's just my thoughts, and I could be way off.

I spent 2 weeks in tasmania just a over a month ago, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I did not witness a single instance of inbreeding or murder.

Tasmanian snuff movies are a bit of both if that is your poison....

mind you thats kinda the banter i would want on this pod cast, and yes i am hopping to record in late December and release in January. still working on teh format, but i should have a few things set up soon.
