Title: Does anyone in Death Inc play 40K ? Post by: DeathsHead on 10/01/2013, 11:51 PM I have met one of you that does, I would be interested in seeing if anyone else plays. I my self have been playing the pc games for years, and last year decided to buy my first codex and figures to see if I could paint. It took me about 6 months to get the hang of it and now I can paint to a pretty decent standard. I started with loyalists, but after many trial and errors decided to go the chaos route. If you do play I would love to hear about your armies and see some pictures.

Started a Blood Angels army, got bored of them and painted a few Catachan and Chaos. Have VERY few fully completed models.

Post by: jazzycat on 12/01/2013, 02:45 PM My ex used to play hardcore, and painted. Necrons, Orcs, etc. not sure how many points it all was but it filled 3 of the black/silver hardcases...
I could appreciate the model building and painting side, even did a few myself once they'd been coated in primer, but never caught on to the game play, even though I won my first game (lucky rolls!) ^_^ Can't stand the shit now, and as z00 said the cost can add up pretty quick. I've just got a space wolves army cobbled together and am gradually learning 6th.
