Minecraft comp - Sunday 8th - 7pm start!

The comp =

2 teams of even numbers, 1 hr to build the best structure...independant judge to judge the structures and choose the winning team!

Winning team gets 50 karma each

Rules - No Mods!  Rare materials used earn bonus points!  No Penis type structures (or vagina's...in fact nothing resembling gentalia)! No SABOTAGE or pvp!!!

Captains will be randomly picked and will pick team members 1 at a time.  Teams will then have 15 minutes to discuss plans/ideas and get organized.  At 15 mins on the dot ...it begins!  Start thinking of ideas :)

WHAT I SAID

To create urgency and team work..if we had 3 hours, where's the rush of the comp?  This isn't about elaborate, its about speed, teamwork, panic and organization....plan now aon what you can build that is elaborate in just 1 hr with 5 odd people working it :)

1 for wood, 1 for stone etc etc

Trial run, if we need more time..happy to do it next comp OR extend the time on the night by 1 hr :)

Was quite fun. Next time should be better.

First run hiccups but was fun as, we got spanked, we too went for ship, I came back from a wood hunt and Harry had an inverted pyramid happening lol! ;)

yep, i'm up for this again. time limited again, but lets turn the mobs off this time and maybe we can get a little more organised before hand. ie teams and such.

Let me give you a run down of our teams planning:

Harry: Ok, I think we should have some gatherers and a couple of dedicated builders. I'm happy to build a house if you guys want as I have done it before, we could do some nice glass windows, marble walls and stuff. I just warn you that if we are doing anything else I shouldnt build it because I'm pretty shit at minecraft." :)

Chalice: That sounds like a good idea. Lets get started.  :)

Andglo: Hey guys, lets build a huge boat!  :D

Chalice: Oh hey thats a great idea! We could do sails and everything, there is a lake right here.  ;D

Harry: That sounds like a good idea.  :)

Chalice: Alright Harry, you are head architect since it was your fuckin' idea. Get building.  8)

Harry: Wait what?  ???
