Death Inc

So I head off to Shanghai for work in a few weeks, and just wondered if anyone had been there before and would suggest things to do?
Im there for a week + however many more days i can wrangle out of them (since im staying at the grand mercure dont think they will be keen for me to stay way past the training/meeting)
Really would of LOVED to go to the forbidden City + GWOC but that's near Beijing and ill probably do that later this year when i go back again (joys of having Head office in Shanghai)

So i like booze, chicks and smashing the two together (oh and cars / Tech but these two come 3rd/4th)

Suggestions?

China is an oppressed hole of a country, the pubs are mild as fuck and there is no real active night life (or at least that was the case in 2000 when i was there). Xi'an (terracotta warriors) and Beijing were way cooler than Shanghai, thought the old British settled distract was pretty cool, along the river. But the city is FUCKING huge, so ask your work people that you meet, or one of the people who work at the hotel what to do

Did you just say that you like glassing women? brutal. I went in 2007 but it was with a school trip and just went to touristy places so i haven't got much in way of suggestions.

I told my chinese friend when we got back about the awesome club in Beijing we went to with a floor that bounced with the crowd moshing and he said that one was the shitty one so i imagine there are some pretty unreal clubs to find.

Yeah ive been told there is a whole province/district in shanghai thats Westerner-world-town.
I dont expect it to be a "party city" of any kind but hopefully theres some cool shit to do

I heard there is a massive wall to keep the rabbits out? Mayb rabbit hunting?
