I think the best strategy is to simply buzz as soon as you can to try and beat watson to the buzzer, and take your time thinking it out and have a guess if you don't. Normally this would give human competitors an advantage since you've narrowed down the field for them but with Watson he doesn't know what you've just answered so it doesn't make any difference.
